Pingrumba

Like Dobrumba, the Pingrumba restaurant in Buda was inspired by our travels, but beyond the already familiar Mediterranean region, we are now venturing even further east. We still have half a foot in our favorite landscapes of the Middle East and North Africa, but we are already crossing the chains of the Caucasus, we are looking around Persia, which preserves ancient traditions, we are jumping into the wild horse steppes of Western Asia, and we are not even stopping at India, which is always a fairy tale. We want to conjure up not only memorable dishes, but also social experiences at the tables with our seasonally changing, thousand-flavored dishes and our drink selection, which combines oriental spices and local ingredients. The location in Buda housed the Ping Chinese restaurant for twenty-odd years. Now we have revived it and created a green, open-air interior garden in it. When designing the guest area, we were guided by the fact that families with small children, small and large groups alike would feel as if they had just arrived as guests thousands of kilometers east of Széll Kálmán tér.
